🔄 Returns
You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom-built or special-order machinery
- Electrical components and spare parts
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Used equipment or machinery
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged on arrival).
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at 📧 info@hblandmaschinen.com.
🚚 Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
